This is not a professionally published book. It looks as if someone photocopied pages from their real printing and self-published. There are ghosts of hand-written marks on the pages. Hopefully this is not a copyright infringement. The original books are rather old and may be in the public domain. The book is very small (6 by 9 inches), and the print is too small to read comfortably. The worst part is that the secondo and primo parts are not kept together. You cannot read both parts at the same time. Rather you'd need to photocopy the parts you want (and enlarge them) so you can see both parts at the same time. This book technically contains the information in the Diller-Quaile book, but it is unusable as printed.
