Oakley is just a fifteen-year-old girl that has struggled to survive in a toxic environment. Her family is far from perfect. As her mother and father struggle with addiction, Oakley has had to fend for herself to maintain and survive. She has her unhealthy coping skills of self-harm and suicidal ideation but has always strived for something more in life. Today may just be that day. The world seems a little different today, as she walks her familiar small town roads. Things seems void of life, like the whole town had been hollowed out. Trying to avoid a panic attack, Oakley will cross paths with some new friends to take on this journey of self-discovery together. They navigate this odd world that they have all fallen into like a rip in the fabric of quantum space-time. And while Oakley tries to navigate this bizarre alternate reality mirroring her own, she will reflect on the stories of her childhood that have been the foundation to formulate the teenage girl she is today. Through this process of self-discovery, Oakley will make many shocking epiphanies. Though it may feel like an emotional roller-coaster on an alien terrain, with her newfound friends and cat Mitsy, nothing is impossible to navigate.
