Not many people know I was a silent partner in a burlesque show in Houston, Texas from 1978 thru 1983. I did it to help an old buddy from the Army. Seemed a great way to meet girls when work brought me down that way. Turns out it got me up to my neck in trouble a few times, too. Let me tell you about one of them. This happened in January of '79, and it gave me a new insight into the spook show as well as that old chestnut about the cold body parts of witches . . .
