"Real" Maine Cooking !!!

I live in Downeast Maine and picked up this cookbook as I noted that it had a lot of the "old" recipes that my mother and granddmother used to cook. Most of the ingredients are "stock" items found in most Maine cupboards; especially here in Downeast Maine. These are hearty and great tasting favorites for anyone who loves traditional Maine fare! The way Maine cooking should taste!
