Returning form the Educatory, Prince Aedon discovers the father he expects to meet may not really be his father. Teaming up with his friend Faeraud, the two use forbidden magic to make things go their way, but when the Prince Lord becomes sick Aedon must choose between ethics or friends before the ruler dies and evil takes his place. Aedon travels to Atlantis expecting acceptance from his father, the next ruler to be, only to find him banished from the continent due to his best friend's conniving. Aedon goes on the road in search of his father and ends up discovering ... himself.
