Scientific competence favors the application of knowledge, emphasizing the different spheres involved in professional activity, with main emphasis on the epistemological, methodological, technical and social dimensions. This requires the design and implementation of instruments for research work and the establishment of ways of communication, interaction and collaboration between researchers, groups and institutions, which not only favor the obtaining of high impact results but also the visibility of researchers and institutions.
