Slapped together like an Amazon book.

I should have known by the nondescript sunset cover but this is the sort of product where everything is slapped together in an hour from existing files. There are no table of contents or page numbers. The paper is thin enough that you can see ink from the other side in blank areas. At least all the stories seem to be there in their complete versions; not as bad as the Amazon books that are mostly blank. I realize that Mitchell is obscure so there are not a lot of options but the other options are likely to be better than this.
