This research seeks to uncover the extent to which the curriculum implemented in S o Paulo's municipal schools has or has not guaranteed students' right to education based on the concept of school justice. The study is based on a historical review of the curriculum reforms in Brazil and, more specifically, in the municipality of S o Paulo, aimed at the initial years of primary education, which led to the creation of the curriculum guidance document for the network.
