ohn Hopkins (University) Center for Talented Youth (CTY) offers enriched/advance academic programs during school academic year/summer, for children from grades 2-8. To get enrolled in these programs, CTY conducts a screening test (SCAT(R)), which is designed above grade level to challenge the kids.
