excellent child's book on relations with the elderly

This book is the best children's book I have ever read that deals with the issue of children relating to the elderly. Many children are initially afraid of "old people" because of their "wrinkly skin" or "knobby fingers". This book helps children get beyond their initial fears to see the inner warmth and freindship that most senior citizens possess and crave to share. The illustrations, which are also done by the author, are truly outstanding. Every page is a work of art with warm colors, beautiful scenes and expressive portraits. Any parent and child would love to share this beautiful book over and over again.
