Saying Yes to My Cancer

This book is a blow-by-blow account of my amazing journey with cancer from the date of the initial diagnosis -- May
2015 -- up to the point where I bumped up against present time in the recounting of it in February 2019. Having reached the point of being totally surrendered to the idea that the grim reaper will soon be calling and that I am willing to complete that part of the journey we call death with sublime grace and acceptance, I decided to go ahead and publish this book as is.

I will continue to record the experience between now and as near to the end as possible, whatever is happening to me physically, emotionally, and spiritually as I get close to the final healing. My ruminations about all that will be put into a second book to be published as soon as possible after my graduation. It will also contain my wife JoAnn's reflections on how it was for her to be part of my journey, some of my paintings done during this period, and my spiritual guide and death companion George Poirier recounting how it was to take me through the process of dying. Other thoughtful contributions from others who were close to me will also be included.
