This book is not only for singles but very valuable to all adults. I especially find chapter 3 & 4, "Choose to be Happy" and "Let Laughter Scrub Out Your Insides", full of wisdom! Then the book is filled with lots of practical advice concerning finances, protection and other concerns which may come up in our lives from time to time.
