Book Overview

Meet Noah--an A-honor roll student, award-winning swimmer, and small-town star destined for greatness. There weren't any signs that something was wrong until the day he confesses to molesting little girls during swim-team practice. He's sentenced to eighteen months in a juvenile sexual-rehabilitation center. His mother Adrianne refuses to turn her back on him despite his horrific crimes, but her husband won't allow Noah back into their home. In a series of shocking and shattering revelations, Adrianne is forced to make the hardest decision of her life. Just how far will she go to protect her son? Saving Noah challenges everything you think you know about teenage sexual offenders. It will keep you up at night long after you've finished, questioning beliefs you once thought were true.

Emotional Rollercoaster

First I want to preface by saying this book obviously has a very disturbing theme and is not for everyone. I honestly did not know what to expect before reading this book. It had me feeling anxious, hopeful and heartbroken, highly recommend this one!

A Mother's endless love and forgiveness of her child. I have told my children no matter what . This

This book hits many triggers.... a father's abandonment, rape, suicide and pedophilia. Made me question my beliefs, my faith, and our system.

Gut Wrenching

Well developed characters, made me question myself and belief that as a parent there is nothing I wouldn't do for my children. TRIGGER WARNING

Intriguing, thought-provoking and visceral

Not only did this book handle an incredibly difficult topic respectfully but it also presented the main characters as sympathetic without making excuses for their actions. Pedophilia seems to be the one true sin that cannot be forgiven, but following Noah through his sheer agony shows just how devastating it is to suffer in silence. This was a fantastic book and I understand the ending entirely, sympathizing with the mother through the entire arc.
