Save the Princess: A Comic LitRPG Adventure

By Lendyll Naicker

The quest recommends Level 18. Elliot Bell is Level 4. Unfortunately, everyone qualified is busy.

For seven years, Elliot Bell has helped other people become heroes.

As the quest clerk of Little Bell, he knows the rules, the routes, the rewards, and exactly how badly things can go when adventurers ignore the small print. His greatest personal victory involved a stuck ink bottle.

Then a royal courier arrives with a problem no one else can solve in time:

Princess Juniper has been kidnapped.
The deadline is four days.
And the nearest proper heroes are nowhere to be found.

So Elliot does the sensible thing.

He accepts the quest himself.

Now this very ordinary Local] must cross monster-infested roads, floating mountain passes, dangerous museums, and one extremely theatrical castle-all while learning that the game's recommended solution is rarely the useful one.

Fortunately, Elliot has a few advantages the system didn't account for.

He knows how paperwork works.
He listens to people.
He always packs lunch.

And somewhere along the way, his party acquires a self-appointed Field Marshal who happens to be a kettle.

Meanwhile, Princess Juniper isn't exactly waiting around to be rescued.

With a pompous sorcerous duke preparing his grand finale, a ticking quest clock, and an Emergency Biscuit that really should be saved for an actual emergency, Elliot is about to discover that you don't need a legendary class to do something legendary.

You just need to be the person who shows up.

Save the Princess is a funny, big-hearted LitRPG fantasy adventure packed with quests, levels, ridiculous magic items, unconventional boss fights, found friendship, and one profoundly overqualified piece of furniture.

Perfect for readers who love underdog heroes, game-system comedy, whimsical fantasy worlds, and adventures where kindness can be just as powerful as a sword.
