Savage Noon II: October Heat

By Mico Veman

The lake is getting hotter. The technology is beginning to fail. Neither is supposed to be happening.

In the quiet town of Lake Avery, the government facility known as M.A.R.V.I.N. stores and evaluates failed, abandoned, and unstable military technology.

When local emergency services begin using beta-test vehicles and systems supplied by a powerful technology company, subtle failures start appearing. At the same time, the temperature of the lake begins rising without explanation.

As the problems escalate, questions of responsibility and accountability become impossible to ignore-and the cost of putting profit before people becomes increasingly dangerous.

Savage Noon II: October Heat continues the series with technological suspense, dark consequences, and people forced to confront systems that are failing around them.

A compact, high-impact quick read for readers who want a complete techno-thriller without the long commitment.
