So fun!

My dino crazed 2 year old LOVES this book!!! We sing the boomalacka song after every page now. He asks for it several times a day now! Rhythmic rhyming at its best!

Had to have our own

We first found this book at the library and found ourselves checking it out time and time again. My daughter is two and a half, though she first fell in love with this book right around the time she turned two. After months of checking it out, I decided it was time to buy our own copy. It's full of clever rhymes and ideas about dinosaurs and lots of dinosaur identification in a fun way. The pictures are great and the words are even better. Boys and girls alike would enjoy this. My daughter knows all the words to it now, but I still enjoy reading it to her frequently.

The tape makes it even better

My toddler's teacher told us how much she and all the other kids love the tape that goes with this book. After many searching, I found out the tape is only sold through Scholastic. You can't get it online or in a bookstore. For those who are interested, call 1-800-SCHOLASTIC (1-800-724-6527).

dancing dinosaur delight!

This book is a favorite in our house. A must for all dinosaur book fans, and a great book for everyone else. The pictures are really colorful and the expressions on the dinosaur's faces are great. My three year old son loves looking at the different dinosaurs and telling me what they're feeling and thinking. There are dinosaurs for everyone in this book. It's hard to find books that break out of the typical stories and themes. This one is has a unique story and catchy verse. (The first time you read it you may stumble over a dinosaur name or two but nobody who cares is listening, and you'll get plenty of practice the next 1000 times through the story.)

Adorably entertaining

This book is a huge hit in our house! My three-year old daughter, my husband and I love the colorful drawings of dancing dinos and the lyrical story. We read it again and again and never get tired of it. It's a must-read for the dinofanatic, dancin' preschool set and their parents.

Great fun, sing a little tune as you tell the story.
