Q, the anonymous originator of the conspiracy, claimed that a cabal of Satanic elites control the world's media and financial centers, while engaging in horrific acts of human sacrifice and child abuse. As the conspiracy continued to spread, it was revealed that evangelical Christians make up a significant portion of QAnon adherents.
