"Can you keep a secret?" Anna whispers to her little sister Minnie.
What Minnie hears next unlocks a secret that's been hidden from the world-shared only once, long ago, when an elf named Evie rescued a kind man named Nicholas of Myra from a freezing snow storm.
Behind the Northern Lights is a world called Saima.
There, dragons are rainbow-colored and act just like giant puppies.
Reindeer have glowing antlers, and elves run faster than lightning
In Saima, Nicholas discovers he has magic and becomes the Santa we know today.
With lots of help and lots of practice, Santa learns to:
- turn clay into porcelain dolls with perfect tea-time manners,
- carve wood into marching toy soldiers in a flash,
- and puff into a sparkly cloud that slips through the tiniest cracks and chimneys.
With Evie by his side, the reindeer guiding his way, and his new magical powers, Santa rides the Northern Lights to Earth and brings gifts to children all around the world.
But Minnie still has one more secret to discover- and it's the most magical one of all.
