Writing is about sharing ideas, some of them may entertain you others inform and teach you. There's a wide spectrum of emotions and thoughts that can be conveyed via the written word, and the best written works convey multiple thoughts and feelings. Everything from fear and hate to love and inspiration can be projected to the reader with the right wording and intention. This work is no exception, as it is a composite of ideas combined with social commentary that is meant to provoke a feeling. I'm hoping that feeling is a bit of enlightenment and inspiration. Sankofa Society is a theoretical thought experiment predicated on the potential possibilities of the black community. In this book I lay out a few ideas that I've had and have come across over the years that could be utilized by the black community in large. Some of these ideas are obscure and unconventional but for those of us who are critical thinkers I trust you will keep an open mind and know that this was written out love and empathy.
