Sandy the Silly Seagull

Sandy, a seagull in Galveston, Texas, enjoys cruising the beach, pooping on cars and tormenting tourists.
She also enjoys stealing guest's cocktails at her home, the hotel Galvez. When she gets tipsy, it causes a problem for Mister Joe, the janitor, who has to clean up after her.
One New Year's Eve she invites her friends to a party at the Galvez and they make a terrible mess.
Joe decides to address the issue. He creates a drink called a Seagull Sparkler which contains no silly sauce.
At last, Sandy can drink without getting wonky, and Joe gets some free time to himself.
