A seemingly perfect family is living a seemingly perfect life until their son is arrested. It was supposed to be a game, but the question is not, "What Is a Game?" The real question is, "What Is a WIN?"
There's a sense of simplicity in a sandbox, yet the number of pieces is virtually uncountable.

My 1st book was paced very quickly, because "my...Life" moved at a breakneck pace. This book, was intentionally paced slower, so the reader can feel the sense of safety, comfort, peace, wonderment and ease... before the storm. It's an attempt to live "The Simpler Life" in a time that is far from simple. I thought of Sherriff Andy Taylor and his son trying to live in today's chaotic crime-ridden world. There is even a sweet fishing story that is admittedly very Andy Griffith. However, this story is not in black and white - nothing ever is. Still, we try to live like The Itsy-Bitsy Spider and climb back up after the storm.
Yes, my 1st book was about "my...Life". Sandbox is Everyone's life.
