Reads like a novel

There are some stories in history that you think you know… until you actually study them. The Alamo is one of them. This book made me realize just how little I actually knew about the story, and just how brave the men were to made that final stand at the Alamo mission. The book is a quick enough read, has a great flow to the writing. The story feels like a novel and keeps you turning the pages. Would absolutely recommend this and any of the author’s other history books!

Great read to learn more about the real events relating to an event with lots of legacy and mythology.
