A Must Read & Do

A well respected business colleague of mine recommend this book and now I will too!! Witty, sincere and to the point -- not just a must read but a MUST DO for anyone who wants to SUCCEED not just survive in any service industry!!

A cleverly written read with a ton of lessons you hardly know your being taught...

I was recommended this book by a colleague and thoroughly enjoyed it... It is a quick read, super accessible and has a main character you are bound to relate to... I have caught myself in multiple "what would Hank Davis do" moments after having read it, and have to tell you if you do what he does the results just might surprise you... Highly recommend...

Inspiring

I loved this book. I read it in one sitting and didn't want to put it down. I am going to give it to my employees to read and hope they follow "Hank's" advice to becoming the best you can be at your job.
