This is one of the best books on Sales Training I have ever read. Having been a Sales Trainer for the last thirty years, I know quality when I see it. This is Quality. * Dr. Becky Stewart-Gross's Suggestions on training evaluation questions was outstanding. * Jim Graham's thorough discussion on getting leadership support was very practical. * Don Sterkel's overview of key stakeholders was quite helpful. * Reni McClay's handling of making sales training fun was the frosting on the cake. I can't imaging anyone in the sales training field having much success without this little encyclopedia of the subject. Bravo to Renie McClay and the contributors to this book!
