This is the little book that could. Lots of great info. to get started with marketing and selling your brand. Easy to read and understand.

The book's only drawback: It has a British bent that may deter readers in other countries. getAbstract suggests that any marketer who plans a sales promotion campaign without reading this book first should forever forfeit his or her "buy one, get one free" privileges.

This books adds some new things to the previous second edition by Cummins. For those involved in the sales promotion field, this book is a must to keep updated.

There are many interesting sales promotional techniques explained in this book. Most of them can be practically used especially when marketers want to do something unique rather than just offering a very basic price discounting to their consumers. You can get many creative ideas for your promotional plan from this book, and more importantly, this book briefly discusses the process that you can come up with a good and creative promotional campaign by yourself. To me, it is an excellent book .
