Best little book of dressings ever

A must buy. Great variations, wonderful flavors and ideas. I got my own as a gift, and now have bought 2 to give away. The only change I make to the recipes is to cut the oil way down, to about 1/4 of what they list. All the recipes still turn out great.

Every recipe is a winner!

I have a cookbook library numbering in the 100's and this little book is one of the best! I have tried most of the recipes and all so far have been excellent. The recipes are simple and often use ingredients usually on hand, which allows for last minute home-made.The yields are also a nice proportion since fresh does not keep as long as bottled.I have given this cookbook as a gift because I like it so much.
