Salad Dressings 101

If you want to learn how to make basic dressings or be creative with your herbs and spices, than this book will not disappoint you. Recipes are well explained and easy to make. Nice photos. Good buying experience.The book arrived in excellent condition, and it did not take long to receive it.

Good book for salad ideas

I really like this book as it has given me several ideas to make my own dressing. My partner had a heart attack about 4 months ago and we both love to eat salads on a daily basis. Finding good dressings that had healthy fats and lower in calories is hard, especially if you like to try a wide variety of dressings. This book (along with my local olive oil and vinegar store) have been a wealth of information in making new and interesting dressings that are healthy and delicious! Happy eating!

I received this recipe book a few weeks ago; haven't made any yet but I've read through all of the vinaigrette recipes (my favorite) and they look fantastic, I can't wait to try them! This book is just what I was looking for.
