This is a flashback in time story. The flashback is 3000 years; from the present to ancient India. There are two main characters, a strange distant love story of time and past lives. The main character is a 21 year old martial arts instructor and college student named Val Koehler. His girlfriend, Joy Jackson, a pre-med and Ayurveda studies student is the second character. They both have a strong desire to see India and have planned a trip to India over spring break
