Saikou: From Dust to Glory

Saikou (最高 Saikō) is a Japanese word that means the best, highest, supreme, none of which applies to Richard Eniola - a duster living on Dayton IV. A dismal ball of dust located on the fringes of the Galactic Kingdom, ruled by Queen Victoria IV. Most of its lands were barren of vegetation and void of life. Those too poor to travel elsewhere in Her Majesty's Realm had been forced to stay on that forsaken world.
