Rachael Davis, CIA, must get the intel back to her office that will eliminate and expose a terrorist and threat to the security of the nation and allies. She is not aware that her cover is blown and is now being hunted by the very terrorist who is the threat. Dolphin, Pinscher and four members of the Unit are on their way home after finishing their mission when they receive word that a CIA operative has been kidnapped and they were to rescue her as quickly as they could. The intel Rachael sent to her office has brought destruction to the base of the terrorist ending that threat but what would he do now to Rachael and a DIA agent, Sarah Williams, found in the vicinity of the destroyed base, in retaliation.
