This book is based on the interviews that took place on the New Horizon Media Arts Youtube Channel. It encompasses some of the stories and experiences of the individuals. The Safe Distance Save Lives series began amidst the COVID pandemic. The purpose of this show was to portray the lives and experiences of people during the lockdown. The interviewees took the time to share the ways in which they continued to remain productive, resilient and motivated during the lockdown. Also, individuals and professionals from a variety of industries including- Entertainment, Education, Finance, IT etc shared their experiences and gave advice too. While some of them took proactive measures like taking new online dance or music classes, others continued to work from home amidst the pandemic.
