This book not only has hugely helpful repair tips, but there are mental health breaks to help keep anyone from feeling overwhelmed. Renter-friendly means it's aimed mainly towards renters, so any repairs that would be exclusive to a house probably aren't covered. Mercury, please write more books! This one is a hit!
