An amazing experience through history

As author of this book, and a 3rd generation sabbatarian, I thought I knew all there was to know about the seventh day Sabbath, its origins and historical development. But when I dove into the two year research effort for writing the book, I was amazed at what I didn't know! There is a massive collection of archeological, anthropological, historical, chronobiological, legislative, linguistic and scriptural data in existence regarding the seventh day. This project has been the most educational experience of my life post med school. The Sabbath is my patient; the book is its medical record.
