The President of Rwanda, Right Honourable Paul Kagame, a Tutsi who led the Rwandan Patriotic Front into the stability of today, became President in 2000 and voters have approved a constitutional change that would permit Kagame to govern the Rwanda country until 2034. He stressed that he does not accept immigrants from the UK because of the money. He said he took in so many refugees from the Congo, Burindi and Libya, where young Africans planning to immigrate to Europe were stuck and sold as slaves by the Libyans. He also confirmed the acceptance of refugees from Afghanistan, Sudan and Eritrea, and stated that some of the cases were related to crime and that he was assisted by various organizations in Rwanda.
