Encouraging and Inspirational

This devotional book is filled with encouragment for any situation. The chapters are Biblically based and inspired me to lean on God and not on myself. I enjoyed the "stetching out" sections at the end of each chapter where the lesson is personalized with questions to ask yourself and a space to journal thoughts. I would recommend this book especially for young athletes but it is applicable to all who want to explore God's purpose for their life.
