Best 5K and 10K Race Training Book

I've used Jeff Galloway's run-walk-run method exclusively for 9 years, and read all of his original books (that have since been split into, and are essentially marketed as, individual books). This was the most effective book for increasing speeds for shorter races. Not everything was clearly explained, yet there was enough information to make do and create an effective training program. I continue to use and highly recommend it.
