The Bible says God is Spirit and lives in each of us. That's the Christ Spirit within us.

When we git quiet an' still and sit in the silence, Spirit can talk with us.

Every human being has a spot of the Christ Spirit and dignity in him, although many folks has it hid real good!

If we look for the good in everybody, we'll find that most people are just naturally good when they have a chance to be.

Most of the time, if somebody is being mean or evil, it comes from fear.

It's always a good thing to say. "Spirit, guide me now."

Our attitude will usually make all the difference in how somethin' turns out.

Now, if you have a problem to solve, you can pray about it 'til the cows come home, but ain't nothin' good gonna happen 'til you take some kind of action!

There's always a reason bad people are bad.

We each have to follow our own path, an' play the cards that are dealt to us.

If someone can't scare you, they can't control you.

Jesus was convinced of the dignity of man, and talked about it in his teaching.

Jesus taught love, forgiveness, compassion, the divinity of man, an' simple livin'. He didn't teach punishment.

We are the only people we can change, only us.
