Richtor is hungry. For some unknown reason, the fish farms' output has reduced greatly and the rations for everyone in the city have been reduced. As a typical teenager about to graduate from underwater high school, lack of food is a serious matter. He wants to find out the reason and, if possible, get things back to normal. In order to do this, Richtor -- with two of his fellow piscine friends -- must track down where and why these problems are occurring.
