RULES TO THE GAME 2 The rise of VellIt picks up right where part 1 left off.At only 17 years old, Vell has just became the birdman after his uncle threw him 50 uncut bricks of cocaine. Now fresh out of a year long beef, he is ready to take over the streets, until he finds out that he is a wanted man. His face is all over the news in connection with four murders. Knowing this, Vell decides to go on the run, but that plan quickly falls apart. He always heard that when it rained it poured, but now he is soaking wet. Because being stuck in the same city that he is wanted in is far from his only problem. Vell also has a killer by the name of Bam after him for the death of his cousin, a group of family members from out of town that want revenge, and on top of all that, the police are trying to pin another nine bodies on him and his uncle's crew. The only good thing that Vell has going for him is the bad chick at his side.Now with nowhere to go, Vell decides to bleed the block and put up the fight of his life, while trying to beat a life sentence.
