Every coach should have a copy in their bag

I coach baseball at the high school level and preview this book before the start of each season. It's good to know the information in this book, because the umpires at the high school level are sometimes not as familiar with the rules. I would never dream of bringing the book on the field during the game (i.e. Earl Weaver), but it's still good to have on hand. The language used in the book is easy to understand. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because sometimes it can be hard to find a specific rule when you want to find it quickly.
