Rule 35, the media hyped the Vick vs. USA trial up to high to the point where the D.A felt like they had to pull off the high profiled case, in which they had to use a Snitch to become successful. After the case Vick stated to the cameras and the rest of the world on how dirty the juridical system was, and that he would be the last one that they would be able to down play using a Snitch to raise their high conviction rating. So he also informed them that on everything he love even God, while pointing up to the: "In God We Trust", sign risen high above the Judge's pew, that the Snitch that testified against him was going to die no matter what it was going to take(Boom).
