I truly hope that this book is but a beginning of the rediscovery of the glorious past of the Ukrainian Rozhivka's history. A past that supports and inspires the present and leads Rozhivka into the future. It is crucial to have researchers like myself with access to sources untainted by Communist whitewashing to contribute to this research. I am very happy that with the help of my Rozhivka friends, access to New York and Cracow libraries, historical material provided by Anna Reid and Isaac Singer, I was able to undertake and complete this research and present it here.
