Life took me on a path no one should ever have to experience when I was nine years old. Years of trauma and fighting my inner hurt consumed me.
I found my purpose, my comfort, and what I wanted to do with my life when I found my art. I followed Angel into the profession. He's my safe place. He helped raise me and taught me how to fight the demons hiding in the dark. What he couldn't prepare me for was the monster lurking in the shadows.

Piece by piece, he supports my dreams and helps keep me together. My very being consumes him, and I'm beginning to feel the same.

There are two very big problems in our way, and neither of them has to do with the man out to get me. No, that's another problem that I'll deal with later. For now, I have to convince my father, the President of the North Carolina charter of the Nameless Order MC and the club's Cleaner that their very own brother is the perfect man for me.
