Great Book Easy to Use!

This is a great cookbook and it is easy to use! I have made 10 or so items in this book and people always ask ...How did you make that? It was great!! I just smile and tell them about "Roux To Do" The salads, chicken cakes and the Pralines French bread to name a few are perfect...A beautiful book that can be displayed on a book holder in your kitchen too.
