What happens when love gets in the way of business?

Berk is about to lose his cushy job in land development. In order to save himself and his expensive f-boy lifestyle he's forced by his overbearing boss to travel to the small, remote Ruby Island. The island is prime real estate for a new multi-story luxury resort.
