This book is a collection of poems that I have written over time in my life where I went through many ups and downs. Today I am 8 years clean and sober and working with a much clearer mind. Times were not always easy though, There were some very dark times in my life. I lost my two brothers to the negative drug life and unfortunately, that sent me into a downward spiral to using myself.But through it all I never lost true heart, my heart to help others. I gained wisdom from the darker side of life, and I became a better person for it. Many people out there look at attics like they are the scum of the earth, but just like anything else, one should never judge a book by its cover alone.In this book, I overcame many obstacles in my life with writing. I learned to heal by inspiring others to do better in their own lives and to never give up.
