A Drama through a Kid's Eyes

The deep, emotional book is about a young girl who loses her mother and puts her brother's relationship on the line. It's a drama through a child's eyes. It's about a girl who loses her mother and becomes very close to her brother, but when her brother goes off the Korea for the army and comes back with a new gamily she doesn't think he loves her anymore. This book is a very good drama. In this story that Rosie, the main character, really expresses her words and shows her emotions. Each character in this book is unique and interesting. I liked this book because as a child you could imagine if that was you and what Rosie is feeling. In the book there was one part that I could really relate to when she lost her necklace that her brother had given to her and meant a lot to her. I have many things that I would feel terrible about if I had lost them. I think this is a very good book. I would tell any one to read this book that can. I give this book two thumbs up.
