Rosie is playing on the beach when she is approached by a turtle who requests her to accompany him into the ocean. He asks Rosie to help one of his friends, a pelican, who was recently affected by an oil spill. After aiding the pelican, Rosie realizes she wants to do more; and hence, she begins a journey around the globe to help different animals who are being negatively impacted by climate change. With the help of her newfound animal friends, she becomes informed about the root causes of global warming and takes action to help save the planet.
