Rosa Mistika is a novel about the plight of a young girl named Rosa who was raised in an environment of religious and traditional control in the midst of poverty; later she faced temptations when she entered a boarding school and then a teacher's college. Due to the upbringing she received, she is unable to control these temptations, and eventually she loses her life. The novel introduces us to Kezilahabi's philosophy about life, God and existence which emerges in greater depth and maturity in his later novels.
