Rolitania, the fledgling nation that barged onto the scene with an abnormally large amount of money, persuasion, and people willing to move there. Where the land to start this nation came from in the first place was unorthodox to begin with, but, nevertheless, land is land. The self-proclaimed Queen has never shown her face in public, but it is quite clear that she is merely a child. Several years pass, and the country seems to be a paradise for it's unusual residents. People from various walks of life have settled there, eager for the freedom to be who they are. To be what they are, actually: otaku. Unfortunately, their peace is short lived. Just before they even can suspect the crisis will hit, the Queen herself just happens to want to go undercover into a local school. The reason? Well, it should be obvious: she wants the normal but very geeky life she's always wanted. And then came along Sam...
